Tree Huggers is extremely proud to offer you products you can feel good about purchasing. Every Product offered has been carefully researched by our team. We can assure you that all items on this site are environmentally friendly, never tested on animals, and vegan with the exception of a few honey products. If there is a product you would love to see us carry, please send us an email and we look into carrying the item. Angela Topp
Angela Topp has been passionate about the environment since she was a little tot. While other kids would be swimming and splashing around in her grandmother's pool, Angela would be swimming around saving bugs from drowning. She even went as far as convincing other kids to help by making a game out of who could save the most bugs in one lap.
At the age of 12, she started learning about animal testing and how cruel the experiments could be. At the age of 20, she became a vegetarian. Over the years, Angela has had her heart broken many times by companies that have lied about their commitments to the environment and to animals rights. Green products are so trendy now that it is hard to know which companies are doing business for the greater good. Angela created Tree Huggers to make conscious shopping fun while also being informational.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Tree Huggers is to the rescue when sending a gift to a loved one. Your gifts will arrive in style with our eco friendly wrapping and you can also send a personalized greeting card. We ship everything directly from our store so you can rest assured that all of the details will be taken care of.

BackI made a mistake with my order and need to change or cancel it?
Should you ever find that you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at info@thetreehuggerstore.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please know that we strive to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible so it is important you contact us immediately with any changes. If your order has already gone out, you will be responsible for the shipping fees for returning the items back to us.
BackWhat is your return policy?
We hope that you will love our products as much as we do but if not, we will make it right. If you are not in love with your purchase, please know that you can return or exchange an item from us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the product (shipping fees are not included in the refund). Please email info@thetreehuggerstore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to return or exchange your item. We will not except any returns without an RMA and you will not receive a refund. So sorry.
Items being returned or exchanged must be unwashed, unused and in its original packaging including tags. If you are returning beauty products, they must be unused also. Please ensure that you package the beauty products carefully so nothing leaks or is damaged.
If your received an item as a gift purchased from our online store and it's not quite what you hoped for, we will be happy to exchange the item. Just contact us.
We recommend you ship items for return or exchange with proof of delivery as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Once we receive your authorized return, we will credit the original credit card used with the refund price of the product, less shipping fees. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed.
When corresponding with us about your order, please include your invoice/order number. It makes everything so much easier.

What is your shipping policy?
Shipping - United States
We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States and to Alaska and Hawaii. Items will be shipped within 2 business days after we have received the order. Many orders ship on the same day - how's that for fast? Some items, such as furniture or accessories, may take longer to ship out - please see product details for more information. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FEDEX Ground with delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation is always included with shipping. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your shipment. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping information - we will not be responsible for orders delivered to addresses given to us by mistake.
Some products will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer which can result in multiple deliveries to complete your order.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
What type of packaging do you use when you ship my items?
We love Mother Earth and always try to use earth friendly and recycled materials. Don't be surprised if the box and packaging materials that you receive in the mail have been used before. We would appreciate it if you keep the trend going and reuse our packaging or at least recycle. All items will be carefully shipped to ensure a safe arrival. Whenever new packaging materials are used, rest assured that it is biodegradable and Earth friendly.

Customers shipping within Michigan will be charged 6% sales tax on all items purchased from our site.

We're easy . . . when it comes to payment methods, that is. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover - we're cool like that. We also accept Tree Huggers Certificates, of course.
